As part of the strategy to increase revenue and reduce the public deficit, the Government has reduced to 1,000 euros the actual payments allowed in transactions involving at least one entrepreneur or professional. Previously, this limit was 2,500 euros.
The main purpose of this measure is to increase the collection of Value Added Tax.
